One&Only Ube Latte
The Ube Latte is a real eye-catcher: its color and flavor come from ube, the purple yam native to the Philippines. The drink glows a naturally deep violet – with no artificial coloring – and tastes mild and nutty, with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut. To prepare, stir or foam 10 g of powder into 200 g of hot or cold milk. Whether hot or iced, with fresh, lactose-free or plant-based milk – the latte is vegan, gluten-free and free from artificial colors and preservatives. Now also suitable for fresh milk of choice fully automatics, for effortless enjoyment cup after cup. The 1 kg pack yields 100 servings at 10 g per 0.2 l drink.
