Serving Suggestion for Frozen Yoghurt:
Mix one bag of powder with 3 kg (101 oz) of mild yoghurt (at least 1.5 % fat) and 1.1 l (37 oz) of milk (at least 3.5 % fat) with a blender. Pour the mixture into the container of the yoghurt machine (see machine manual). Depending on the machine type and temperature of the ingredients the product is ready to be served after a short period of time and ideally has a temperature of -7 °C.
