Caramel Matcha Latte
Matcha works superbly for cold and hot drinks. Caramel Matcha Latte combines the unique Matcha flavour of my One&Only 100 % Matcha with sweet caramel. A great recipe for any season.
Ingredients for 12 oz (approx. 360 ml)
- 320 ml (10.8 oz) hot milk (approx. 70 °C)
- 40 ml (1.3 oz) milk froth
- 3 g (a pinch of) One&Only 100 % Matcha
- 16 ml (2 shots or 0.5 oz) DaVinci Gourmet Syrup Caramel
- DaVinci Gourmet Sauce Caramel (optional)
Preparation
1.) Fill One&Only 100 % Matcha powder into a glass or cup.
2.) Blend with part of the milk.
3.) Add DaVinci Gourmet Syrup Caramel.
4.) Fill up the glass with milk froth.
5.) Top with DaVinci Gourmet Sauce Caramel if desired.
