
Espresso Tonic Matcha
Ingredients for 12 oz (about 360 ml)
Espresso Tonic Matcha
- 1 teaspoon One&Only Matcha (100% pure)
- 100 ml tonic water (well chilled)
- 1 espresso (freshly brewed, chilled)
- ice cubes
- Optional: lemon zest or mint to garnish
Preparation
1. whisk the matcha with 50 ml water (80 °C) until it is nice and frothy.
2. fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in tonic water.
3. carefully pour the matcha into the glass over a spoon - for the layering effect.
4 Slowly pour the espresso on top.
5. garnish with lemon zest or mint and serve!
