Gingerbread Matcha White Chocolate

Ingredients for 12 oz (about 360 ml)

Gingerbread Matcha White Chocolate

30 g One&Only White Chocolate Powder
300 ml foamed milk or oat drink
25 ml matcha concentrate
2 pumps (16 ml) Gingerbread Syrup
1 shot espresso (optional)

Preparation

1. Add white chocolate powder to your serving cup. 
2. Prepare the Matcha concentrate: add 1.5 g to a small bowl and pour over 25 ml of hot water (70–80 °C). 
3. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
4. Pour foamed milk or oat drink over the white chocolate powder.
5. Add the Matcha concentrate into the cup.
6. Add syrup.
7. Stir the beverage.
8. Optional: add a shot of espresso on top.
