Matcha Mango Frappé

My creamy One&Only Matcha Frappé meets fruity, sun-ripened Mango Smoothie – green depth and tropical sweetness in one glass, cleanly layered. An eye-catcher for the warmer months and ideal as a seasonal special for summer menus and takeaway.

Ingredients for 12 oz (approx. 360 ml)

Bottom layer – Matcha Frappé (75 %)

  • 45 g Matcha Frappé powder
  • 160 g ice cubes
  • 100 ml milk of choice

Top layer – Mango Smoothie (25 %)

  • 160 g ice cubes
  • 160 ml Mango Smoothie Mix

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Matcha Frappé separately: add powder, ice cubes and milk to the blender and blend.
  2. Prepare the Mango Smoothie separately: add ice cubes and smoothie mix to the blender and blend.
  3. Fill the glass to 75 % of its height with the Matcha Frappé.
  4. Carefully top up to 100 % with the Mango Smoothie – spoon it on rather than pouring, so the dividing line stays clean. Or alternate the layers for a marbled swirl effect.
  5. Serve immediately.
