
Vanilla Matcha Fizz
Ingredients for 12 oz (about 360 ml)
Vanilla Matcha Fizz
- 1 tsp One&Only Matcha (100% pure)
- 1 tsp One&Only Chai Vanilla
- 100 ml sparkling water (well chilled)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: a little agave syrup for more sweetness
- Decoration: lemon slice & mint leaf
Preparation
- Froth the matcha vigorously with 50 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C).
- Stir the chai vanilla with a dash of cold water until smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the chai vanilla and top up with sparkling water.
- Carefully pour the matcha into the glass over a spoon for a cool layered look.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint.
- Optional: stir gently before drinking - or enjoy the color gradient first.
