
Vanilla Matcha Frappé

Ingredients for 12 oz (about 360 ml)
Vanilla Matcha Frappé
160 g ice cubes
45 g One&Only Vanilla Frappé powder
80 ml cold milk or oat drink
30 ml Matcha concentrate
1 pump (8 ml) Vanilla Syrup
Whipped cream, sauce (optional)
Preparation
1. Prepare the Matcha concentrate: add 1.5 g to a small bowl and pour over 30 ml of hot water (70–80 °C).
2. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
3. Add ice cubes, Frappé Powder, milk, Matcha concentrate, and syrup into the blender.
4. Mix in the blender and fill into a glass.
5. Optional: Garnish with whipped cream and sauce.
