
Vanilla Summer
A classic among smoothies: Vanilla Summer. A great example of a successful combination of my One&Only Frappés and Smoothies. Here my fruity Summer Fruits Smoothie is mixed with my refreshing One&Only Vanilla Flavoured Frappé – for a perfect summer!
Ingredients for approx. 360 ml (12 oz)
Vanilla Summer
Approx. 160 g (5.6 oz) ice cubes (one full 12 oz cup)
80 ml (2.7 oz) cold milk
90 ml (3 oz) One&Only Summer Fruits Smoothie
20 - 23 g (1/2 scoop or 0.8 oz) One&Only Vanilla Flavoured Frappé
Preparation
1. Fill a glass just above the rim with ice cubes.
2. Add milk about halfway up the glass and then top with One&Only Summer Fruits Smoothie mixture to the rim.
3. Pour the contents of the glass into a blender jar and add the One&Only Vanilla Flavoured Frappé powder.
4. Blend the mixture until creamy and then pour into a glass.
5. Top with summer fruits (red berries), as desired, and serve with a straw.
