White Matcha Chocolate
White Matcha Chocolate is a trendy drink for anyone who has a sweet tooth and all fans of Matcha. My One&Only 100 % Matcha provides the typical green tint and the tart-and-tangy flavour that perfectly harmonises with white chocolate.
Ingredients for approx. 360 ml (12 oz)
White Matcha Chocolate
300 ml (10 oz) hot milk
40 ml (1.4 oz) milk froth
20 g (1/2 scoop or 0.7 oz) One&Only White Chocolate
3 g (3 pinches) One&Only 100 % Matcha
Preparation
1. Place the One&Only 100 % Matcha and White Chocolate powder in a cup or glass.
2. Mix with a little milk.
3. Top with the steamed milk as well as milk froth and finish with a sprinkling of One&Only 100% Matcha powder.
Tip: for a fruity kick, simply add a shot of Raspberry Syrup.
